How will my items be sent?

For UK deliveries, we send small items by Royal Mail 1st class or Royal Mail Special Delivery. For large items (such as frames, wheels) we send by Parcelforce 48 hour service. For all other countries, we send using the Parcelforce Euro Priority Service which normally takes 3-7 working days.

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

You should give us a call and we'd be able to advise. If your order has been lost in the post, we will send out a replacement. However, for Royal Mail 1st class items, you may have to wait for up to 2 weeks as Royal Mail will not acknowledge an item has been lost until this time.

I have ordered something but now I want to return it?
